Tennis competes in ITA Regionals
Taylor’s men’s and women’s tennis teams have been successful since the program’s rebirth. From Sept. 24 to Sept. 27, the Trojans traveled to Indiana Wesleyan University to compete in the ITA Midwest Regional Championships (Intercollegiate Tennis Association).

Normally, everyone hates Mondays. To Mississinewa High School football fans, Monday is pretty fun. Senior running back for the Mississinewa Indians (4-0), Ah’lijah Monday, put on a show for the hometown crowd in their 35-0 win over the Frankton Eagles (0-4) on Sept. 14. Monday rushed for 190 yards on 26 carries, scoring two of the Indians’ five touchdowns.

Taylor University has not had a tennis team since the 2019-2020 academic year. Coincidentally, this also means the Trojans have been without a win for over five years.

Taylor football thrives on ground game with Mingo’s triple option
As football has evolved to a pass-heavy game, Taylor football stands out. In Saturday’s game, for example, St. Francis attempted 40 passes to only 33 runs.
