Many staffing changes are coming to Taylor starting fall 2023. There has recently been an internal promotion to fill the position left vacant by the departure of Jeff Cramer. Ed Meadors will succeed Cramer as the director of Taylor’s core curriculum, known as the Foundation of Christian Liberal Arts — or, more commonly, “Foundations.”

Building a scholarship fund is a way to memorialize the ones we love, and the ones we have lost. The loss of freshman Connor Phillips is one that has shaken the Taylor community. But, Connor will be remembered through the development of a new scholarship.

The latin phrase “Alma Mater” means nourishing mother, so it’s not surprising that alumni, students and new parents come back to Taylor for homecoming. This year, the homecoming and family weekend will be Oct. 21-23, with many events to make Taylor feel like home.
