For over 100 years, The Echo has pursued excellent journalism and told stories significant to Taylor University and the surrounding community. In recognition of the good work students on The Echo have done, state, regional and national journalism organizations
have recognized our reporting, design, photography and online work. In 2015 alone, The Echo has been the recipient of 39 awards, including being named Division III Newspaper of the Year by the Indiana Collegiate Press Association.
