Taylor University raised $1.9 million during the annual I Love TU week from April 29 to May 3. This event is Taylor’s largest annual fundraising campaign, with a goal to raise $250,000 over the course of five days.

This past weekend was a busy one for Taylor’s track and field team. Both the men’s and women’s teams had outstanding performances at the Crossroads League Championships. The women’s team finished fourth overall with 125.5 points. The men’s team finished fifth with a total of 66 points.
Editor's Note: This article was written in December 2023. In the 2023 Silent Night game, the Trojans defeated the Great Lakes Christian Crusaders 103-65 and improved to a 25-1 record on Silent Night. Since the game, Taylor University has parted ways with head coach Josh Andrews.
No. 17 Baseball (41-14, 30–6)
Winterholter Field was the place to be on May 6 as the Taylor Trojans defeated the St. Francis Cougars by a score of 7-4 to win the Crossroads League Baseball Tournament.
If there were one character trait your class has embodied over the last four years, it would be “perseverance.” You began your college career during one of the most tumultuous times in modernity, marked by the global coronavirus pandemic, the 2020 presidential election and the corresponding fissures in the social milieu, violent conflicts around the globe, and multiple Taylor Swift albums. Yet, here you are at the conclusion of your Taylor University education. You, indeed, have persevered.

Rooms in the Randall Environmental Center will be reallocated to serve the new Master of Science in Medical Science and physician assistant master’s program. Construction to implement proposed changes will likely begin in December of this year, Matt Renfrow, dean of the school of natural and applied sciences, said.
